This is where you can find information about, and links to jobs, groups, and scholarships available to residents of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties . My goal is to collect all of the important job and scholarship links that apply to East Coast Students. I need your help on this one. A hundred eyes and ears will work a lot better than two. I have started with the most obvious ones and I will always be on the lookout for more, but lets use our collective ability to help each other out, and create a career searching network. You can contact me with information a number of ways; direct e-mail using the contact link in the upper right-hand corner, blogs, or discussion forum. Any of these methods will work, and I will be sure to incorporate any useful information into this page.
At the USF/SLIS Office located inside the Broward County Library we have a collection of LIS textbooks, free to use. Click on the link to check out the current list of available texts. You can also search for books and/or authors by using the search module in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Also, Please consider donating any textbooks that might be helpful to current and future USF students.
